Notice is hereby given that pursuant to 24 V.S.A. 4464 - 4465, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 12, 2010 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Office Building for each of the applications below:

A. Final Plan Review of Danny & Anne Ives for a 3-lot subdivision off Lamkin Street on Parcel #0021005291. Medium Density Residential District.

B. Continuation of Final Plan Review of David & Jaqueline Dragon for a 3-lot subdivision off Machia Road on Parcel #0014006580. Medium Density Residential District.

C. Continuation of Final Plan Review for Duane Tremblay for a 4-lot subdivision on Thak Boulevard on Parcel #0021005201. Medium Density Residential District.

D. Final Plan Review for KWGD Enterprises/Kevin Many for an amendment to add an eighth lot to a previously approved 7-lot subdivision off Humphrey Road on Parcel #002008005. Medium Density Residential District.

E. Sketch Plan Review for Fernand Gagne for a 2-lot subdivision on St. Armand Road on Parcel #002007269. Agricultural District.

F. Sketch Plan Review for Sherry Pfenning for a 3-lot subdivision on Gore Road on Parcel #0009207517. Agricultural District.

G. Boundary Line Adjustment Review for Daniel Brosseau on Brosseau Road on Parcel #0013006300. Medium Density Residential District.

Application documents are on file for public review at the Municipal Office Building at 2996 VT Route 78 during normal business hours or by appointment.

In accordance with 24 V.S.A. 4464, participation in a local public hearing proceeding by an interested person, as defined in 24 V.S.A. 4465, is a prerequisite to the right to file a subsequent appeal of a decision resulting from that proceeding.

VII. Other Business

a. Discussion with Meadow Lane Homeowners Association regarding

condition of Meadow Lane.
