PUBLIC NOTICE: Planning Commission for December 7, 2009 Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN OF HIGHGATE

PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to 24 V.S.A. 4464 - 4465, the Highgate Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 7, 2009 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Office Building for each of the following applications:

A. Continuation of Final Plan Review of Lucie Boulet for a 3-lot subdivision on Machia Road on Parcel #014006582. Zoned Agricultural District.

B. Final Plan Review for James and Kathleen Brown for a 3-lot subdivision on Tanglewood Drive on Parcel #011035100. Zoned Medium Density Residential District.

C. Preliminary Plan Review of Normand Campagna for a 2-lot subdivision/boundary line adjustment on Campagna Road on Parcel #007029038. Zoned Agricultural District.

D. Sketch Plan Review for Daniel and Lise Brosseau for a 2-lot subdivision on Brosseau Road on Parcel #0013006230. Zoned Medium Density Residential District.

Application documents are on file for public review at the Municipal Office Building at 2996 VT Route 78 during normal business hours or by appointment.

In accordance with 24 V.S.A. 4464, participation in a local public hearing proceeding by an interested person, as defined in 24 V.S.A. 4465, is a prerequisite to the right to file a subsequent appeal of a decision resulting from that proceeding.
