Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Section 4464, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 2, 2009 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Municipal Office Building on each of the following applications:

A. Final Plan Review for Thornton Machia for a 3-lot subdivision on Machia Road on Parcel #014006479. Zoned Medium Density Residential District.

B. Final Plan Review of Lucie Boulet for a 3-lot subdivision on Machia Road on Parcel #014006582. Zoned Agricultural District.

C. Preliminary Plan Review for James and Kathleen Brown for a 3-lot subdivision on Tanglewood Drive on Parcel #011035100. Zoned Medium Density Residential District.

D. Sketch Plan Review of Normand Campagna for a 2-lot subdivision on Campagna Road on Parcel #007029038. Zoned Agricultural District.

Application documents are on file for public review at the Municipal Office Building at 2996 VT Route 78 during normal business hours or by appointment.

In accordance with 24 V.S.A. 4464, participation in a local public hearing proceeding by an interested person, as defined in 24 V.S.A. 4465, is a prerequisite to the right to file a subsequent appeal of a decision resulting from that proceeding.

HALLOW’S EVE PJ STORY TIME

Friday October 30th at 6:00pm

Come in your PJ’s to hear some Halloween tales… .and make sure to bring your stuffed animal for the sleepover!

· Only stuffed animals can spend the night

· only one per person please.

Annual Halloween Craft Party

Saturday October 31st 10:00am to 11:30am

Come in to pick up your furry friend and to participate in the mornings activities.

· Stop at the Halloween Arts & Crafts tables

· See a slide show of all the fun adventures that the animals had when the library lights went out!

Trick or Treat Hours

Saturday October 31st 5:00pm-7:00pm

We will be open for Trick Or Treating on Saturday evening, so make sure you stop by for a goodie or two!
